Several years ago Joshua was working as the director of operations for a manufacturing company. The first year after coming onboard the company grew its annual revenue by nearly 80%. It quickly became evident that the current operating system would not be able to maintain the growth. The lack of processes, accountability and vision ultimately drove Joshua to discover and implement a company wide operating system. This new framework not only put the proper systems in place for growth, but it helped create a culture of trust and accountability among its employees. Seeing the impact these new procedures and systems had on the individual employees and the company's health as a whole; Joshua knew he that had found his passion. This ultimately led him to create level5co.
